The drypoint etching „All About Levitation“ as well as „The Big Easy“ is a duo about the lightness of life. Inspired by a fivteen year old sitting in front of the screen playing some computergame. No worries about the daily bugs of life. He was portrayed with his fingers on the keyboard of the computer on one copperplate. Drawn with a steelneedle into the plate. During the printing process the artist had the idea to seperate hands from head and tilt the hands, so that it would seem to levitate the leaf. The leafs where inked up via a counterprint process, showing all the fine details of it. Because for these prints real leaves need to be used, each print is a little different from the previous because for each print a new leave needed to be inked up.
